Shake first three ingredients with ice then strain into copper mug with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with candied ginger and mint.

- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 Bar Spoon Combier Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
- 2 oz. Ginger Beer
- Candied Ginger
- Sprig of Mint
