Mojito created by Rael Petit, Lot 45

Muddle mint and brown sugar. Add Singani 63 and lime juice and shake with ice. Pour into a highball glass and fill with ice. Top with club soda, bitters and mint.

  1. 2 oz. Singani 63
  2. Juice of Half a Lime
  3. Handful of Fresh Mint
  4. .75 oz. Brown Sugar
  5. 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  6. Club Soda
