Cocktails with Singani

But what does it taste like!? Singani 63 is floral, fruity, and herbal with hints of white pepper. It can be used in place of gin, tequila, vodka and white rum, but it’s really it’s own ball game. For the newcomer, we recommend Singani 63 & Soda with wide varieties of soda types and garnishes. For classic riffs, we enjoy a Singani negroni, margarita or vesper. For the advanced, the bar is yours! Singani lends itself to creativity.

Kimpton was one of the first chains to see the promise in Singani 63. We were previously listed in the Growth & Craft offerings and we ran a Kimpton exclusive National Sales Incentive to win a trip to Tales of the Cocktail (the winner was Sarah Mengoni, past Lead Bartender of Palomar Hotel Los Angeles!)

Singani 63 also participated in the 2023 & 2024 IHG Food & Wine Event in Napa. We sponsored the closing evening Bowling Night (complete with Singani 63 bowling shirts), donated a few signed posters from Steven for the team raffle and featured in Andy Nelson’s “Tumbo” cocktail at the South American spirits bar.
